Wooooohoooooo! Haha, I realize I haven’t posted since that last super excited post about Ali Edwards’s Week in the Life (July 25-31). Well, it’s come and gone and I had a blast living the week and taking photos and documenting what I could. Admittedly, by the time the weekend rolled around I was itching to (a) edit my photos; (b) start scrapping; and (c) quit because I was tired of it.
I think part of my ennui was that week was the start of a whole TWO-week marathon of overcast/rainy/thunderstormy days. Two typhoons in a row bringing their matching monsoon rains. Of course after five days of photographing what was essentially the same gray weather I was bound to feel blah. Thank goodness for Mark.
Anyway, here is my Monday layout. It took me four freaking hours to do! I obviously didn’t think how I was gonna scrap it through. Or rather, I thought I did. I was thinking that by using digital page protectors I would have layouts that looked like Project Life. What I didn’t account for was the amount of time it took me to decide on what orientations to use, where to put my journaling, etc. I think next year I am literally gonna slap my photos on one page and my journaling on the other, lol.
So. Anyway.
